Drone law is a rapidly evolving practice area within aviation law, and this CLE presentation will provide participants with a comprehensive update on the state of the discipline, as well as analysis of continuing issues such as low altitude airspace owner/regulator conflicts, remote sensing regulations, operator limitations and the impact of future rule changes. Both an overview of general issues in drone law and significant changes in 2026 will be covered.
